Guest Bio

Meet Scott Chapman and Zeb Chapman of Chapman Financial Services(CFS).
Scott and his wife Tess raised their family in Sandersville, Ga. Scott was a contractor. He and his family lived the nightmare of the 2008 real estate crisis. For over 15 years now Scott has been teaching and coaching clients all over the USA on how to properly implement and utilize The Infinite Banking Concept. IBC is a process that allows you to gain true financial freedom by seceding from the grip of banks, government and wall street. Taking ownership and control of the banking function is one of the most freedom giving and profitable things one can do for their family, farm or business. When done correctly, a private family banking system provides so much flexibility, opportunity and growth that otherwise wouldn't be possible.
Scott's son Zeb joined the business in 2023 and last year they opened an office in Madison, Ga. where Zeb, Raegan and their one year old daughter live. Zeb has quickly become a huge asset to the business.
Helping good people attain a life of financial freedom, by creating strategies that provide a wholistic approach to personal finances and building tax-exempt generational wealth and net worth is what we do at CFS.
Ginger Butts resides in Bleckley County on 250 acres of family land with her husband, and farmer, Johnny Butts. Their nest is empty as their 2 grown sons Cody (Jordan) and Kyle have flown the coop. She homeschooled for 17 years.
In 2012, Ginger started Back to the BASICS 101. Her business is a by-product of her lifestyle. They produce 5 product lines to help consumers get convenience without compromise. Each product gets the consumer as close to the point of nutrition as possible. Their flagship product, Homemade Baking Mixes, are made from the soft red wheat that they grow.
Their family has experienced healing from several modern diseases through nutrition. These experiences have solidified Ginger's belief that God has our health and healing in His Creation.
