Philip Winter

I live in Canton, Georgia with my wife and daughter on a four-acre homestead. I enjoy growing and transplanting native plants to my property. I also grow a garden and preserve most of what we grow by home canning. I enjoy making all kinds of fermented foods and beverages. I also cultivate mushrooms and make my own medicines. I am an instructor with bushcraft/survival co-op named Fuel the Fires LLC located in Canton. I also teach wild edible/medicinal class at another bushcraft/survival school named SARCRAFT. I have taught classes at Georgia Bushcraft Gatherings and at the Deep South Herb Conferences.
